Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for our ADP Comprehensive Services® business in a hybrid US role. You will own a defined territory and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while identifying the right HR, payroll, benefits, and talent solutions for each client.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell, engage decision-makers, and act as a trusted advisor. Strong communication and a competitive spirit help drive revenue and career growth in a dynamic environment.

• Assess business needs and recommend ADP solutions across HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management.
• Utilize multi-channel prospecting techniques to engage decision-makers and secure qualified appointments.
• Collaborate with internal ADP partners to cross-sell and expand within current accounts.
• Act as a consultative partner who delivers professional, outcomes-focused guidance.
