Ultimate Staffing Services, a Roth Staffing Companies brand, is seeking a Strategic Solutions Account Executive to drive new business and client growth in the Bloomington, Minnesota area. You will lead enterprise sales opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with decision-makers while working remotely.
Ideal candidates have 2 years of sales experience in professional staffing, a 4-year degree, and proven ability to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 2 years sales experience in the professional staffing arena.
- 4 year college degree preferred.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must document sales activity daily / weekly in Salesforce.
- Ability to negotiate pricing terms and contract terms.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities in designated market and act as a sales producer for enterprise opportunities.
- Generate leads, research prospects, cold call, network and build loyal relationships with decision-makers.
- Drive $500,000+ yearly revenue targets for strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with Roth coworkers for lead generation and delivery of services.
