Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced sales professional in the United States market to expand client relationships for Paychex HCM solutions. You will develop referrals from internal partners and present Paychex offerings to decision makers, driving revenue growth.

The role emphasizes relationship building, needs analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Implementation teams. Occasional travel for conferences and trainings is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years HCM experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to forecast and present to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ethical standards and composure under pressure.
• Proven ability to build relationships and generate referrals.

Responsibilities

• Present Paychex solutions to final decision makers and end users within the prospective universe.
• Build relationships and partnerships with Paychex sales reps to drive internal referrals and provide complete Paychex offerings.
• Analyze customer needs and interests, determine suitable solutions, and refer to the appropriate party.
• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports on schedule.
• Project a positive image in representing the Corporation to clients and the community.
• Travel may be required for conferences, trainings, and area meetings.
