Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a seasoned sales professional to expand existing client relationships by delivering integrated HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions. You’ll lead consultative conversations with business owners to uncover challenges and tailor solutions that drive value and long-term partnerships.

You’ll collaborate across teams to upsell within an established client base while continuing proactive prospecting to uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in inside or outside business-to-business sales.
• 3 years of experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions
• Sell Administrative Services Organization (ASO) solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities
