Quarterhill Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating priorities into People & Culture strategies across workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and engagement.

The HRBP will navigate ambiguity, balance strategic goals with hands‑on execution, and build relationships across levels. The role may lead one or more HR practice areas as SME.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years progressive HR experience in partner/consultative roles.
• Experience advising leaders on employee relations, performance, and change.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted HR partner to leaders across portfolio.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Coach managers on performance management, coaching, and employee relations.
• Lead change initiatives, integrations, and workforce planning.
• Serve as SME for one or more People & Culture practice areas.
