Cerity Partners seeks a Human Capital Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to business leaders and colleagues, leading HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. The role emphasizes colleague relations, talent management, and HR program implementation while developing workforce planning and organizational development skills.

The HCBP collaborates with senior HR to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance engagement, performance, and retention, and supports change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and implement talent strategies.
• Coordinate and execute core HR processes including performance management, compensation planning, and succession planning.
• Analyze workforce metrics and prepare reports for leadership to inform talent decisions.
• Advise on HR policies, conduct investigations when necessary, and ensure consistent guidelines.
