Bridgeview Eye Partners is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who values people, culture, and employee experience. The HRBP partners with operational leaders to build strong teams, improve employee engagement, and navigate challenges in a growing organization.

The role supports recruitment, staffing, employee relations, performance management, retention and risk management, balancing employee needs with business goals and ensuring consistent policy application.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally as HR Generalist or HRBP.
• Experience partnering with managers/operational leaders and handling employee relations.

Responsabilités

• Develop strong relationships with operational leaders and serve as strategic HR resource.
• Support recruitment, staffing, performance management, retention and engagement.
• Coach managers on performance, workplace expectations, and leadership practices.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and risk management across locations.
• Lead regional employee engagement, recognition, training, and culture initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends to drive improvements.
