Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with strategic HRBP experience supporting senior executives.
- HRBP experience supporting GTM functions within a B2B SaaS organization.
- Experience partnering with global or matrixed organizations.
- Strong capabilities in organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation.
- Ability to coach senior leaders and translate workforce data into decisions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive and senior leaders.
- Translate business priorities into people and organization strategies.
- Lead organizational design and transformation initiatives.
- Partner with leaders on strategic workforce planning and capability gaps.
