Job summary

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to organizational leaders, managers, and employees, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategy.

This role partners with leadership to understand priorities, identify people-related needs, and develop HR solutions that support objectives and a high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Strong business partner and communication skills.
• Ability to balance employee needs with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to leaders on employee and organizational matters.
• Provide proactive HR guidance on workforce planning, performance, policies, and change management.
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, employee performance, and people-management practices.
• Support organizational change initiatives and help communicate changes within teams.
