Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Security and Engineering teams in a fast-paced tech environment. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to shape sourcing strategies and manage full-cycle hiring, from initial searches through to offer negotiations and onboarding.

The role focuses on data-driven decision making, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration, with on-site work in a highly matrixed organization

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 2+ years of dedicated experience supporting Technical, Security & Privacy, R&D, or Trust & Safety organizations.
• Requisition management across diverse, complex technical and non-technical requisitions, including exposure to leadership-level hiring.
• Data fluency: diagnose pipeline challenges and present clear, actionable solutions to leadership.
• Leadership recruitment: independently close senior-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple business lines, primarily driving Security and Engineering searches.
• Stakeholder Consultation: Advise senior leaders and HR partners on talent requirements and hiring strategies.
• Drive Hiring Strategies end to end: use market mapping to discover and attract top passive talent.
• Candidate Assessment & Experience: Screen and assess candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience from application to onboarding.
• Complex Offer Negotiation: Lead interview and offer stages with salary recommendations.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze pipeline metrics and identify bottlenecks for proactive recruitment.
• Operational Excellence: Manage TA projects and process improvements within USDS environment.
