Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build engineering, data, and product teams supporting our USDS mission. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across Security and Engineering, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to drive sourcing strategies and close top talent in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 2+ years in technical, security/privacy, R&D, or trust & safety hiring.
• Proven ability to manage diverse, complex requisitions including leadership roles.
• Strong analytical skills and data fluency to diagnose pipeline challenges.
• Experience managing leadership and specialized technical searches with a track record of closing.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple business lines, primarily driving Security and Engineering searches.
• Stakeholder Consultation: Advise senior leaders and HR partners on talent requirements and hiring strategies.
• Drive Hiring Strategies end to end using market research and talent mapping.
• Candidate Assessment & Experience: Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, business acumen, and cultural fit.
• Complex Offer Negotiation: Lead interview and offer stages with data-driven salary recommendations.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze pipeline metrics and drive proactive recruitment solutions.
• Operational Excellence: Manage TA projects and ensure compliant, efficient processes.
