TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a versatile Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across Security & Privacy, R&D, and Trust & Safety in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will partner with senior leaders to drive hiring decisions and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, data-driven decisions, and adaptable collaboration across a matrix organization in a fully in-person setting up to 5 days a week in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 2+ years in technical or security roles.
• Proven ability to manage diverse, complex requisitions, including leadership-level hiring.
• Strong data fluency to diagnose pipeline challenges and present actionable solutions.
• Advanced sourcing expertise (Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter) for niche tech and security talent.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple business lines, primarily Security & Privacy, R&D, and Trust & Safety searches.
• Stakeholder Consultation: Advise senior leaders and HR partners; assess requirements and influence hiring decisions.
• Strategic Sourcing: Use market mapping and talent research to attract top passive candidates in competitive tech/security markets.
• Candidate Assessment & Experience: Screen candidates, assess skills and fit, ensure a high-quality candidate experience from app to onboarding.
• Complex Offer Negotiation: Drive interview and offer stages with market data to close complex negotiations.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze pipeline metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose recruitment improvements.
• Operational Excellence: Navigate regulatory nuances and lead TA projects for process improvements.
