Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with hiring managers across Seattle to deliver high-quality talent and strategic HR solutions. You will guide leaders on employee relations, performance management, and compensation decisions while shaping workforce planning aligned with TikTok’s culture.

Responsibilities include advising on disciplinary actions, talent development, and branding our organizational culture. Travel up to 10% may be required for international assignments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in HR, Labor Relations, Business, Management, Psychology, or related field; 2 years’ related experience; OR Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ related experience.
• 2 years of experience in HR talent strategy, employee relations, and salary market research.
• Experience with salary data, compensation structure, and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality candidates.
• Understand personnel needs to support sourcing and business strategies.
• Identify and attract candidates; negotiate complex compensation packages and close all level candidates.
• Assist line management with HR programs including talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Provide HR guidance to leaders on disciplinary issues; act as branding champion for culture.
