Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years HR experience, ideally in hardware manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of compensation, recruiting, talent management, and training.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience working with Radford compensation data and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into HR solutions.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Coach leaders on development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to identify workforce needs and recruitment.
• Advise on compensation decisions including offers and adjustments for internal equity.
• Develop and deliver training programs to support business strategies and development.
• Analyze workforce metrics and HR data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Develop HR programs based on business needs and change initiatives.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture with fairness.
• Support performance expectations and development plans with leaders.
• Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects with strategic recommendations.
