Super Micro Computer, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to help support our fast-growing organization at the company’s San Jose, CA headquarters.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of engaging colleagues at all levels with tact and professionalism. Your role will include HR business partner support, records management, policy guidance, employee relations, and HR process improvements.

Qualifications

• AA degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• Solid HR operations and employment law knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with HR systems (ADP, SAP SuccessFactors).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to HRBPs and manage lifecycle processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HRIS data integrity.
• Guide managers on HR policies and employment laws.
• Offer timely HR guidance on policies and workplace issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and initiatives.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and exit analyses.
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
• Perform any other HR duties as assigned.
