Supermicro is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with the company’s goals from its San Jose headquarters. You will partner with management to drive compensation, talent management, employee relations, and compliance while shaping a positive workplace.

The role requires collaboration across leadership teams, delivering strategic HR programs, and ensuring lawful, fair treatment of employees in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5–8 years HR experience.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with Radford compensation data and HRIS systems.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to translate goals into HR solutions.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Coach leaders on talent development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
• Support recruitment through staffing plans with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition.
