Job summary

Super Micro Computer is seeking a results-oriented HR Business Partner based in San Jose, CA. The role partners with leadership to align people strategy with business goals, handling compensation, recruiting, talent management, training, policies, and employee relations.

You will work across management levels in a fast-paced hardware manufacturing setting, ensure compliance with laws, develop development plans, and drive a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–8 years HR experience in manufacturing.
• Strong business acumen, decision making and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation data systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate organizational goals into HR solutions.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, policies, and workplace concerns.
• Coach leaders on development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on staffing plans and recruitment.
• Guide compensation decisions to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Develop and deliver HR training programs aligned with business strategies.
• Analyze HR data and trends to inform decisions and initiatives.
• Develop HR programs and drive inclusive, accountable culture.
