Job summary

Super Micro Computer is seeking a results-oriented Sr. Human Resources leader who can partner with management to drive global HR programs and strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong collaboration, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment. Based at our San Jose, CA headquarters, this role interacts with all levels of management and focuses on policies, compensation, recruiting, training, and compliance,

Qualifications

• 15+ years HR experience including global project leadership.
• 6 years+ HR management role experience.
• Experience in Hardware or Electronics Manufacturing companies preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and local employment laws.
• Familiar with Radford compensation survey.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• HR systems experience with ATS, ADP, and SuccessFactors a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures
• Help develop and deliver training programs that are key in supporting achievement of business strategies through individual and group development sessions
• Develop and participate in compensation/benefit surveys to analyze company's competitive position
• Reviews proposed salary adjustments to establish guidelines
• Ensure that employee relation issues, including the investigation and resolution of employee complaints, are managed effectively and efficiently
• Serve as a day-to-day advisor and coach to managers and employees in all human resource areas
