Qualifikationen

• 15+ years HR experience with global project leadership
• 6+ years in HR management role
• Experience in hardware/electronics manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
• Familiar with Radford compensation survey
• Strong communication, planning and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with HR systems (ATS, ADP, SuccessFactors) is a plus
• Bachelor degree in Business/HR or equivalent experience; HR certification is a plus

Aufgaben

• Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures
• Develop and deliver training programs aligned with business strategies
• Participate in compensation/benefit surveys to analyze competitive position
• Review salary adjustments to establish guidelines
• Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions
• Ensure HR practices comply with Federal, State, and local laws
• Serve as a day-to-day advisor and coach to managers and employees
