Qualificações

• AA degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in HR operations, employment law, compensation, performance management, training & development, payroll administration and employee relations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to provide excellent service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR support by partnering with business leaders to link HR to business results.
• Support a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
• Ensure managers and employees understand HR policies and regulations.
• Assist in compensation strategy development and performance management.
• Improve HR processes and procedures through continuous improvement.
• Offer guidance, training, and HR policy support to managers and staff.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and resolve workplace issues.
• Assist with benefits, leaves of absence, and recruitment processes.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve retention.
