Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 2+ years HR experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive proactive HR solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and team development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and AI to improve user experience and efficiency.
