Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience.
Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, or talent management.

Responsibilities

Improve site effectiveness while ensuring policy compliance and risk management.
Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience.
Lead employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Coach leaders on performance feedback, development, and employee relations.
Champion inclusive talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
