Job summary

SolutionHealth in Manchester, NH is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management. You will serve as a trusted consultant to management on HR issues, providing tactical support across staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations.

You will counsel employees and managers, conduct investigations, guide performance management and succession planning, and ensure HR policies are applied consistently while helping to improve work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• PHR/SPHR or HR certification preferred.
• Minimum five years HR Generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR consultation and support across staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations.
• Counsels employees and management and conducts investigations to resolve issues per employment law.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance including coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborates with management to improve relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Guides client base restructures, workforce planning and succession planning, ensuring policy compliance.
• Oversees termination processes and ensures rights of participants are observed.
