Job summary

Whatever You Need Consulting (WYN Consultants) is seeking a knowledgeable Human Resources Consultant to provide strategic and operational HR support across multiple functional areas in Concord, NH.

You will partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, ensure compliance with employment laws, lead talent acquisition, investigations, performance management, and training. The role offers a fast-paced environment with diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices and compliance.
• Experience advising leaders on employee relations and performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and workforce planning.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, conflicts, and corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support talent acquisition: recruitment strategy, interviewing, onboarding.
• Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements.
• Conduct workplace investigations and recommend resolutions.
• Assist with compensation, benefits, and performance programs.
• Facilitate employee training and leadership development.
• Support change management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements.
