Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner for its designated client base in Southern New Hampshire. The role aligns business objectives with employees and management, acting as a consultant on HR issues and guiding workforce planning, employee relations, and talent development.

The candidate will provide day-to-day performance management guidance, conduct investigations, and support restructuring and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of HR Generalist experience required.
• PHR, SPHR or HR certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR consultation and support to designated client base using knowledge of various human resource functions to provide tactical HR support to managers.
• Counsels employees and management regarding employee relations issues.
• Conducts effective investigations to resolve issues in line with employment law.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Works closely with management to improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Guides client base restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Ensures disciplinary actions follow HR policies and guidelines and that rights of all participants are observed.
• Coordinates all activities related to termination of employment including documentation and wage payout.
