Job summary

isolved is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support selected Northeast region business units. The role acts as a trusted advisor to senior management, delivering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and organizational development.

You will partner across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Legal to align people strategies with business goals. The position emphasizes change management, strategic partnering, and driving HR processes while managing a team of HR professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience.
• Experience leading teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to implement HR programs and changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR programs, solutions, and support at both team and individual levels.
• Translate business strategy into actionable HR plans with leaders.
• Coach managers on performance, coaching, and development.
• Oversee HR team goals and day-to-day operations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Legal, and other functions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
