Job summary

Associa in Texas is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees across multiple states, empowering teams with data-driven HR strategies and practical people solutions.

You will partner with operational leaders to strengthen performance, develop talent, and deliver an exceptional employee experience, coaching across levels and navigating complex employee relations with integrity.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive human resources experience, including direct experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable consultative HR role.
• Multi-state HR business partner experience across different state requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, employment practices, and the employee lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders at multiple levels of an organization.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed employees and operational leaders.
• Experience using workforce data to identify trends and guide decisions.
• ADP Vantage experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Strategic Business Partner to leaders across multiple states, translating priorities into practical HR strategies.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change to strengthen teams.
• Lead employee relations with timely investigations, documentation, and compliant outcomes.
• Support a multi-state workforce by applying policies and employment practices consistently across jurisdictions.
• Partner with HR colleagues to deliver an integrated HR experience and drive talent development.
