The ideal candidate will balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution, oversee payroll, support workforce planning, employee relations, and leadership development, and travel across Texas as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience supporting multi-site operations.
• Strong payroll knowledge and wage/hour compliance.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive accountability.
• Experience partnering with operations and leadership teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HRBP for Texas branches.
• Lead payroll processes and ensure compliance.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and engagement.
• Drive organizational change and leadership development.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions.
• Travel up to 15% across Texas.
