Allied Roofing Partners is seeking a remote HR Manager to support leadership and employees across multiple ARP companies nationwide. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, compliance with multi-state laws, and strategic HR partnerships in a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities include onboarding, employee relations, benefits support, and HR policy execution with a focus on scalable processes. Occasional travel may be required to support sites and integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Manager or senior Generalist responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership, managers and employees across multiple ARP companies.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns while ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR audits, compliance reporting, and workers' compensation coordination.
• Oversee onboarding processes and conduct new hire orientations to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Support benefits administration, employee inquiries, and compensation review processes.
• Assist with leadership development initiatives, required training programs, and employee engagement efforts.
• Track required compliance training and certifications across locations.
• Utilize HR systems and reporting tools to maintain records, generate reports, and support HR decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on process improvements and HR initiatives across multiple sites.
