Job summary

Merit Landscape Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Partner to support our Texas teams. You’ll provide day-to-day HR support, help ensure consistent people processes, and collaborate with branch leadership on staffing and workforce planning.

You will handle employee relations, payroll activities, onboarding coordination, and open enrollment communications while maintaining data in ADP and supporting local HR programs.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Generalist/HR Partner in a hands-on environment.
• Experience with recruiting, employee relations, payroll, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Spanish-speaking required; able to travel to Houston branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support across five branches.
• Partner with branch leadership on recruiting and staffing needs.
• Support employee relations and day-to-day people matters.
