Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as the strategic HR consultant for a portfolio of client accounts. You will own client relationships, advise on employment law and people strategy, and lead employee relations issues in a multi-state environment.

The role features remote or hybrid work depending on client needs, with a focus on audits, policy development, and manager coaching to ensure compliant, effective HR practices across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience with employee relations and multi-state law.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing settings.
• FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and wage-hour knowledge.
• Proficient in HRIS and Paycom is a plus.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification or pursuing.

Responsibilities

• Manage primary HR contact for assigned client accounts.
• Provide strategic HR consulting and risk assessment.
• Conduct HR audits and remediate compliance gaps.
• Advise on handbooks, policies, and SOPs.
• Support workforce planning and organizational design.
• Lead employee relations investigations and actions.
• Deliver HR training to client managers.
• Stay current on multi-state employment laws.
• Coordinate with legal resources as needed.
• Ensure data privacy compliance and SOC controls when needed.
