Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a multi-site or field-based environment.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Lead the onboarding process for new employees.
• Serve as HR resource for employee relations matters.
• Support merit increase process and performance management initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for improvement.
