Job summary

Immanuel Communities seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to support three Des Moines area retirement communities by delivering strategic and tactical HR guidance, coaching leaders, and shaping people strategies aligned with our culture and values. You will partner with leaders to address engagement, retention, talent development, and compliance, ensuring a strong employee experience across locations.

This role requires 4+ years as HRBP, travel between sites, and provides growth

Qualifications

• Requires four (4) years of HRBP or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred; equivalent experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical HR guidance to drive business objectives.
• Partner with leaders to address engagement, retention, and workforce planning.
• Coach and support managers on employee relations, performance development, and leadership effectiveness.
• Support onboarding, policy interpretation, and compliance with HR laws.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and home-office/locations leadership teams.
