Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and leader support.
• Demonstrated ability to apply HR policies and employment laws in practical settings.
• Proficiency in using HRIS platforms and analyzing HR data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for employees and leaders regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, and conflict resolution.
• Support leaders in the performance management process by identifying concerns, assisting with documentation, and facilitating performance improvement plans.
• Interpret and apply HR policies consistently and in compliance with applicable laws and company guidelines.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders to implement career development and talent planning strategies, including building and maintaining job level frameworks.
