Job summary

Lyles Services Co. is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide proactive HR consultation across multiple subsidiaries with emphasis on employee relations, labor relations, investigations, and performance management.

You will partner with managers and leadership to align with policies, legal requirements, and business objectives while supporting organizational changes and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field required.
• Master’s in HR or MBA preferred but not required.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role.
• Experience partnering with business leaders in HR, not only HR ops.
• Strong employee and labor relations experience including investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level employee relations guidance to managers and employees.
• Support workplace investigations with thorough documentation.
• Coach managers on performance management and corrective actions.
• Coordinate separations and handle grievances with labor relations input.
• Ensure compliance with federal and CA employment laws and policies.
