Job summary

LNS Group, a global leader and one-stop shop for machine tool peripherals, is seeking an HR Business Partner. This role will act as a strategic liaison between Human Resources and the business, partnering with local plant management and the Director of Human Resources to align HR activities with company goals.

The ideal candidate will manage confidential information, drive change, and lead policy development while supporting managers with disciplinary actions, contracts, and employee relations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development with 3–5 years related experience, or 5–10 years total experience.

Responsibilities

• Works with Director of HR to ensure a unified company image for all HR related matters.
• Aligns HR practices with business goals and leads change management projects.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Implements an open-door policy regarding employee issues/concerns.
• Resolves complex employee relations issues and improves productivity.
• Analyzes trends and reports on HR functions.
• Keeps knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR.
• Administers SMAC bonus program for managers.
• Develops company policies and handbooks in collaboration with HR leadership.
• Works with managers to ensure disciplinary actions and terminations are handled appropriately.
• Writes contracts for promotions, transfers, and new hires and develops policies.
• Self-assesses and seeks training as required.
