Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Five or more years of generalist/business partner HR experience across regions, including employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Experience supporting a multi-site workforce required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR leadership across sites to address business challenges.
• Ensure consistent application of HR programs, policies and practices including compensation and benefits.
• Consult with employees and managers on employee relations, investigations, and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate on workforce planning to achieve diverse staff representation.
• Engage with union labor issues and work with Legal to resolve disputes as needed.
• Coordinate performance-management activities, including appraisals and merit processes.
