Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments in distribution, logistics, and transportation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, organizational change, and building workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with regional presidents and leaders to design workforce strategies.
• Guide employee relations, navigate EEO matters, oversee ADA accommodations, and performance counseling.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple facilities and maintain safety standards.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategies, executive sourcing, and regional wage/salary administration.
