Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with leaders across a multi-site organization, serving as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and HR compliance.

You will balance business needs with a positive employee experience, coach managers, handle sensitive matters, and help shape workplace culture through training and coordinated HR initiatives. This role offers visibility and impact within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee relations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee matters.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to coach and influence managers at multiple levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, documentation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting multi-location or decentralized workforces is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leaders on a wide range of employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, coaching, and workplace concerns.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment best practices to ensure consistent and compliant decision-making.
• Conduct workplace investigations, gather facts, document findings, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Support leaders with employee performance issues, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and separation processes.
• Advise on federal, state, and local employment law compliance.
• Assist with accommodations, leave administration, and other employee support programs.
• Partner with leaders to address workplace culture, team effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver manager training programs on key HR topics and leadership best practices.
