Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations across our multi-site distribution, logistics, and supply chain facilities. You will act as a trusted advisor to regional executives, aligning talent initiatives with business growth and operational goals.

You will partner with regional leaders to shape workforce strategy, oversee employee relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage compensation across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in multi-site environments within distribution, logistics, and transportation in the food distribution industry.
• Comprehensive expertise in employment law, organizational change management, workplace culture-building, and leading dispersed HR teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with regional presidents and operational leaders to design and execute workforce strategies.
• Lead employee & labor relations, navigate EEO matters, oversee ADA accommodations, and manage performance counseling and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while championing safety and HR compliance across distributed facilities.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategies, executive sourcing, and regional wage and salary administration.
