Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to partner with the HWS unit, drive people strategies, and align HR solutions with business needs.

The role focuses on HR data analytics, employee relations, recruiting support across sites, and implementing process improvements to support safe, efficient manufacturing operations and organizational growth.

Competenze

• BS degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years’ human resource experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Mansioni

• Own BU HR reporting including turnover and HR metrics.
• Support recruiting across HQ, Cleveland, and Barberton.
• Oversee intern/co-op program and university recruitment.
• Provide HR support for function-specific initiatives.
• Manage global HR system changes and data accuracy.
• Collaborate on global HR initiatives and ensure alignment.
• Ensure HR policy compliance.
• Participate in employee engagement committee.
• Support monthly headcount reporting with HR/finance.
• Assist with special HR projects.
