Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 5+ years of HR experience.
• Experience influencing at all levels and building internal networks.
• Strategic orientation, business acumen and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building experience.
• Experience with employee relations, problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, EEO).
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives in an aerospace manufacturing environment with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee payroll processes and timecard management for non-exempt/exempt staff.
• Develop HR policies and practices to support operational excellence and engagement.
• Advise leaders on performance, development, and organizational change.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and coaching for managers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.
• Promote safety culture and workforce development initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics to support business decisions.
