Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Mauston location is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR functions for the manufacturing site. You will partner with leadership to drive talent management, acquisition, succession planning, and change initiatives on-site in Mauston, WI.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, implementing workforce plans, and guiding compensation practices while coaching leaders and resolving employee relations issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4 year university.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Deploy HR initiatives aligned with business priorities and guidance.
• Oversee full cycle Talent Acquisition and headcount forecasting with partners.
• Ensure HR KPIs are reviewed and achieved by Mauston team.
• Ensure legal compliance for site HR and government reporting.
• Lead talent mgmt, succession planning, learning & development, and change management.
• Develop action plans to improve employee experience and retention.
• Manage compensation practices for the location as needed.
• Coach leadership and solve people issues; navigate complex investigations.
• Align HR strategy with key business priorities to drive outcomes.
