Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including experience in a global organization.
• Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience supporting manufacturing operations.
• Ability to travel up to 25%. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
