Danfoss Power Solutions seeks an HR People Partner to support a manufacturing site in Mountain Home, AR. You will work with the Industrial HR team to motivate, develop, and align people strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities include change initiatives, recruitment support for exempt and nonexempt roles, new hire orientation, policy administration, and employee relations, with a focus on compliance and workforce engagement across the facility.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing facility/environment.
• Flex work schedule to support employees and managers on off-shifts as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to coach employees and management through complex issues.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Support the development and implementation of organization change initiatives.
• Assist in recruitment for exempt and nonexempt roles, students and temporary employees.
• Facilitate and maintain a new hire orientation program for successful socialization and onboarding.
• Interpret and apply HR policies ensuring compliance with company policy.
• Administer disability and FMLA programs with a focus on effective management.
• Perform worker’s comp intake processing and support leave administration at the site level.
• Participate in investigations and resolution of employee relations issues.
• Maintain HR records and assist in developing local policies and procedures.
