BD is seeking an HR Manager to partner with operations across multiple small and mid-size manufacturing sites. The role focuses on driving HR programs, compliance, and employee development while aligning with business objectives.

You will lead workforce planning, performance management, and talent initiatives, coach leaders, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting. Some travel to sites is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field.
• 7+ years in HR, with 4+ years in HRBP/generalist supporting manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting a diverse client group from hourly to professional staff.
• Strong organizational design, change management, talent management, and employee relations.
• Business acumen with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across sites and functions.

Aufgaben

• Lead HR processes: workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and compensation planning.
• Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, documentation, and development planning.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and capability assessments.
• Lead change management initiatives with stakeholder analysis and communication planning.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliant issue resolution.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve organizational health and engagement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition on role requirements and recruitment.
• Advise on candidate assessment, selection processes, and hiring decisions.
• Consult on compensation decisions, offers, merit increases, and market alignment.
• Lead HR projects at site or sub-regional levels; support reductions-in-force planning.
• Occasional travel to manufacturing sites.
