Job summary

Danone North America seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager for its Fort Worth, TX manufacturing site. You will serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, shaping people strategies to drive safety, quality, productivity, and growth in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

You will lead employee and labor relations, develop leadership capability, and champion an inclusive culture while guiding workforce planning and organizational development across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Industrial/Labor Relations, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, or CPG environment.
• Experience leading employee relations, labor relations, performance management, investigations, and organizational change.
• At least 5 years in a union environment including labor relations, grievance management, and collective bargaining administration.
• Partner with plant leadership to align people strategies with operations and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership and a key member of the Plant Leadership Team.
• Lead employee and labor relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Build talent, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Drive culture, engagement, and inclusive, high-performing workplace practices.
• Support continuous improvement and Integrated Work Systems (IWS) at the site.
