The role partners with leaders to complete performance and talent management cycles, leads sourcing and onboarding, and champions an inclusive culture with a Zero Incident Safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR experience in a generalist or HRBP capacity.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Combination of strong employee engagement with being a business partner.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization using solid judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to relocate for future development opportunities is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management review cycles.
• Lead the talent sourcing and selection processes for salaried and hourly positions.
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding activities in partnership with other HR team members and key stakeholders.
• Partner with various functional leaders and key stakeholders to drive engagement and empowerment through the implementation of High Performance Teams (HPT) and a diverse, inclusive culture where team members can thrive.
• Partner with Division Safety leadership and other key stakeholders in driving a Zero Incident Safety culture.
• Partner with leaders to facilitate the performance management and talent management cycle.
