Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP; company will pay for certification within the first year.
• Manufacturing HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a consultant to management leadership on HR issues.
• Acts as an employee champion, advocate and change agent.
• Communicates needs proactively with Corporate HR and management to develop integrated solutions.
