Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Plant HR Manager for our Dubois, PA manufacturing site. You will serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership, leading labor relations, workforce planning, and talent development to enable manufacturing transformation.

You will drive culture, compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting a 24/7 operating environment and a union facility with approximately 125 team members across three lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SPHR/SHRM-SCP certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Plant Leadership Team to develop and execute a long-term people strategy.
• Lead employee and labor relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Own workforce planning, staffing strategy, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Support change initiatives and continuous improvement within the operating system.
• Ensure HR operations, data accuracy, and compliance with policies and laws.
